Policies - In Person Classes
We base tuition on the number of times a class is scheduled to be held that month and by duration of class time. Some months have 3 weeks of your class and some have 5 weeks (counting by the day of your scheduled class) due to the month itself, holidays or other circumstances. Here’s a table of our tuition, broken down by class duration.

45 min class such as Explore with Me, Junior 1-2
$23 X number of classes scheduled that month
60 min class such as Core 1-2, Tumbling
$27 X number of classes scheduled that month
90 min class such as Core 3
$37 X number of classes scheduled that month
The initial payment after your trial class is due at the time of sign up and we will prorate that month based on the number of classes left in the month. After that, we bill for tuition on the 1st of every month and send a statement to the email address we have on file. If you have a credit card on file with us, we charge your account after 5 days from sending these statements. You can also pay us by check or cash by mail or in person!
You can make up a missed class during open gym. Open gyms are listed in our schedule along with maximum capacities.
Your first class with us is free! Then you will be automatically enrolled unless you notify us that you'd like to drop before your second class.
You can notify us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org before your second class so that you won't be charged in the next tuition cycle.
Your class is ongoing on a monthly basis. You don’t need to re-enroll as we do not have sessions. If you ever want to cancel enrollment with us, please let us know BEFORE the 1st of the month and we will cancel your enrollment for the subsequent months. We do NOT need a specific number of days notice; we only need to know BEFORE we send out statements on the 1st of the month.
If a class is full, you can add your name to our waitlist. To be the most efficient with filling the class, we handle our waitlists a little differently. This is how it works:
Our waitlist is roughly unordered. When a spot becomes available in a class, we notify families on the waitlist in two groups, or batches.
Group 1: Anyone on the waitlist who moved up from a previous level.
Group 2: Everyone else on the waitlist
The first to respond within your group gets the open spot. We know it might take a while before you get a spot! Keep an eye out on your email and make sure your email filters are set to let our emails through :)
We also clear out our waitlists in the beginning of the summer and fall due to schedule changes with the school year.

The most important thing for us is to please stay home if you're feeling sick, including any of these symptoms:
Fever, Chills, or Repeated Shaking/Shivering
Shortness of Breath, Difficulty Breathing
Feeling Unusually Weak or Fatigued
Loss of Taste or Smell
Runny or congested nose
Nausea and vomiting
