Policies - In Person Classes
Tuition Cost
We base tuition on the number of times a class is scheduled to be held that month and by duration of class time. Some months have 3 weeks of your class and some have 5 weeks (counting by the day of your scheduled class) due to the month itself, holidays or other circumstances. Here’s a table of our tuition, broken down by class duration.
NO ANNUAL FEES OR REGISTRATION FEES!
Multi-class or multi-student discount: 15% off the lesser tuition

Your first month is prorated by the number of weeks left in the month and due upon sign up or the second week of class, if it's your first class with us. After that, we charge tuition on the 1st of every month to your credit card on file.
Canceling
Your class is ongoing on a monthly basis. You don’t need to re-enroll as we do not have sessions. If you ever want to cancel enrollment with us, please let us know BEFORE the 1st of the month and we will cancel your enrollment for the subsequent months. We do NOT need a specific number of days notice; we only need to know BEFORE we send out statements on the 1st of the month.
Waitlists & Trials
Waitlists
Waitlists are managed by priority groups and chronologically within each priority group using the date in which you joined the waitlist. We group the waitlists in this order of priority:

Priority group 1: Moveups from previous levels

Priority group 2: Transfers of the same student from the same level

Priority group 3: Siblings of currently enrolled families

Priority group 4: All other prospective students

Once a spot opens up, we will hold that opening for 24 hours for you. You have 24 hours to let us know if you can join the class within 2 weeks from then! We clear waitlists on Feb 1, May 1, and August 1.
When adding your student to a waitlist, please add if you're in one of those above priority groups in the "Additional Info"
Trials (applicable only after you get a spot)
Here's our trial process for *group* classes (not private lessons nor open gym). We do not do trials without an opening in a class so that we do not go over our class ratios.

Your first class is a free trial. Yay!

After that, you are auto-enrolled into the class. That means you will be charged for the remainder of the month at the next week's class.

If you decide that you don't want to continue the class, you must let us know before the second class via email to avoid any charges.

The most important thing for us is to please stay home if you're feeling sick, including any of these symptoms:

Feeling Unusually Weak or Fatigued

Loss of Taste or Smell

Make-ups
You can make up a missed class during open gym. You have 3 months to attend an open gym *after* the date of the missed class. We don't allow makeups in other classes to not go over our class ratios.

You must reserve your spot online through the Customer Portal (go to Classes & Events, then filter based Category 3 for "opengym"). We do not take walk-ins; you must register in advance online.
