Policies - In Person Classes
We base tuition on the number of times a class is scheduled to be held that month and by duration of class time. Some months have 3 weeks of your class and some have 5 weeks (counting by the day of your scheduled class) due to the month itself, holidays or other circumstances. Here’s a table of our tuition, broken down by class duration.

$108 on a 4 week month
60 min class such as Core 1-2, Tumbling
$30 X number of classes scheduled that month
$120 on a 4 week month
90 min class such as Core 3
$41 X number of classes scheduled that month
$164 on a 4 week month
Your first month is prorated by the number of weeks left in the month and due upon sign up or the second week of class, if it's your first class with us. After that, we charge tuition on the 1st of every month to your credit card on file.
Your class is ongoing on a monthly basis. You don’t need to re-enroll as we do not have sessions. If you ever want to cancel enrollment with us, please let us know BEFORE the 1st of the month and we will cancel your enrollment for the subsequent months. We do NOT need a specific number of days notice; we only need to know BEFORE we send out statements on the 1st of the month.
Waitlists & Trials
If a class is full, you can add your name to our waitlist. To be the most efficient with filling the class, we handle our waitlists a little differently. This is how it works:
Our waitlist is roughly unordered. When a spot becomes available in a class, we notify families on the waitlist in two groups, or batches.
Group 1: Anyone on the waitlist who moved up from a previous level.
Group 2: Everyone else on the waitlist
The first to respond within your group gets the open spot. We know it might take a while before you get a spot! Keep an eye out on your email and make sure your email filters are set to let firstname.lastname@example.org and email@example.com through.
We also clear out our waitlists in the beginning of the summer and fall due to schedule changes with the school year.
Trials (applicable only after you get a spot)
Here's our trial process for *group* classes (not private lessons nor open gym). We do not do trials without an opening in a class so that we do not go over our class ratios.
Your first class is a free trial. Yay!
After that, you are auto-enrolled into the class. That means you will be charged for the remainder of the month at the next week's class.
If you decide that you don't want to continue the class, you must let us know before the second class via email to avoid any charges.

The most important thing for us is to please stay home if you're feeling sick, including any of these symptoms:
Fever, Chills, or Repeated Shaking/Shivering
Shortness of Breath, Difficulty Breathing
Feeling Unusually Weak or Fatigued
Loss of Taste or Smell
Runny or congested nose
Nausea and vomiting
You can make up a missed class during open gym. You have 3 months to attend an open gym *after* the date of the missed class. We don't allow makeups in other classes to not go over our class ratios.
You must reserve your spot online through the Customer Portal (go to Classes & Events, then filter based on the open gym day) or take a look at our open gym page. We no longer take write-in walk-ins; you must register online even at the door.
