We are here to teach!
No registration or annuals fees! Monthly tuition is listed below!
***If your child has special needs or you have any concerns, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org before enrolling. We would love to work on a solution that would ensure the best likelihood of success!
Level: Explore with Me Parent Assisted Classes (1.5-3yr)
In this parent (or any trusted adult, really!) assisted class, your burgeoning toddler will learn how to walk on uneven surfaces, learn fine motor skills, and be in a group class setting. We encourage them to learn colors, shapes, jumping, and running. Themes will rotate to ensure your child will be exposed to differing apparatus and characters, yet have time to fully explore each theme. See classes below to register!
Level: Junior 1 (3.5-5 years old)
In the preschool & kindergarten series of gymnastics -- called the "Junior" series, your child will learn to be on their own (perhaps) for the first time in a class setting. While teaching them the basics of gymnastics, we also teach them how to wait in line, talk to their peers nicely, and ask for help with their words. You can watch your child grow from our lobby and see them take a small step towards independence.
Junior 1 is for 3.5-5 year olds with a maximum of 5 students per class and most of the time is actually capped at 4 students. Plenty of attention for your little one!
Level: Junior 2 (5-6 years old)
In the preschool & kindergarten series of gymnastics -- called the "Junior" series, this is the level after Junior 1. Your child is already comfortable being in class (although they still run to you for that drink of water!), and is getting better at basic gymnastics skills. They will learn to consistently stay at their station until asked to rotate, follow any obstacle course, and ask for help when they need it. They will be in this class until they are ready to join the recreational program of the big kids -- called the "Core" series! Skill “challenges” will keep active kids busy while making the class accessible for the first timers.
Junior 2 is for 5-6 year olds and for those who are able to stay with the class for the entire time, listen to directions, and have plenty of fun with others! Classes are capped at 6 students per class.
Level: Core 1 aka Beginners start here! (6-11 years old)
The Kazio "Core" series will teach your child cartwheels, handstands, forward rolls, backbends, bar swings, and a few ninja moves too! It also emphasizes team work, sportsmanship, and getting to know other disciplines of movement. Your child will learn the fundamentals of gymnastics and productive ways to overcome fears (something gymnasts are great at doing!). Your child will gain strength as a gymnast and build athletic skills to last! We track their progress as they learn new skills and get to know your child on an individual level. Our coaches are consistent teachers and will teach your child the love of gymnastics!
In Core 1, learn to master the basics of gymnastics: your child will learn the big 4 on floor: handstand, cartwheel, forward roll, and backward roll. They will also learn a trampoline routine and a pullover on bars. If your child has these skills already from another gym, send us an email to see if Core 2 or Core 3 would be a better fit (email@example.com).
Level: Partner Acrobatics (8yr+)
Class will teach partner acrobatics, trampoline, and hand balancing. For an example of what acrobatic gymnastics is, check out Coach Brian here performing acrobatic gymnastics in americas got talent: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F7tUDf2ykGY
Level: Ninja (8yr+)
Geared for girls and boys of 8 years old and up, this class focuses on ninja-like movement and skills. Boys and girls will learn how to swing on the bars, go up the 12 ft warp wall, climb the rope ultra-fast, and do tumbling fundamentals!
Level: Tumbling (8yr+)
Geared for teenagers, cheerleaders, and dancers, this class will focus on getting floor skills such as aerials, back handsprings, and handstands. Classes will include a dynamic warmup, stretch, focused skill work, and conditioning. Coaches will use our trampolines, mats, and spring floor to teach students high-flying skills!
Adults. You belong here too. Come learn a new skill, conquer fears, be upside down, and meet new friends! This is a DROP-IN class. You do have to register, but will only be charged for the day that you attend.
Our goal is to create a safe environment where adults learn gymnastics. We know it's intimidating and that's why we're prepared to start from where YOU are -- no prior experience is required. Just you and your enthusiasm to learn something new!
